Exchange & refund
We only offer exchanges; refunds are not accepted. Exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of collection or delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached. Please ensure that your item is eligible for exchange before visiting our showroom.
For safety reasons, load-bearing equipment such as ropes, harnesses, carabiners, and similar items cannot be exchanged.
To process an exchange, please bring the item to our showroom.
