Shipping policy

2. Self-Pickup
- Customers will be notified once the order is ready for collection
- Orders must be collected within 30 days
If the order is not collected within this period:
- The order may be considered abandoned.
- We reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
- Any payments made will be non-refundable
- Items may be released back into inventory for resale.
If you require more time for collection, please contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements. Extensions are granted at our discretion.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or changes in product condition for items left uncollected beyond the stated collection period.

Missed Deliveries

Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- We may require photo evidence for verification before arranging a replacement or refund
