Pickup Information
Orders are usually ready within 1–5 business days, and you’ll receive an email when it’s ready. Please collect within 30 days of notification.
Uncollected orders may be cancelled and payments are non-refundable.

We only offer exchanges; refunds are not accepted. Exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of collection or delivery.

To process an exchange, please bring the item to our showroom. Our team will verify the item’s condition and assist you in selecting a replacement.
