• Exchanges must be made within 7 days from date of collection/delivery.
• The item must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Load bearing equipment such as ropes, harness, carabiners etc. cannot be exchanged due to safety concerns.

• Orders below $150: Shipping fee of $4.99.
• Orders $150 and above: Shipping fee of $1.99.
