Key Tag Term & Conditions
You may utilize your unique Tag ID issued by Climb Central while making payment for Products on the Platform. Below are the terms & condition in the use of the Climbing Tag Discounts.
Note: Tag verification will take 1-3 business days. Once we have verified your account and tag ID, you will be able to enter your Tag ID at checkout to enjoy the 5 - 10% discount.

Account creation is required in order to apply the unique discount code issued to the respective key tag holders. If a customer has multiple key card IDs, only one user preferred ID will be needed during account registration. ( Customers with an existing account at Crank Factory will need to contact us in order to bind their key tag ID into their existing account )

Existing sales or discounted items are not eligible for the discount. If the cart consists of multiple products that include both regular price and sale items, the discount will only be applied to the regular price items.
- Discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers or discount codes unless stated otherwise

Discount code can only be redeemed once per order at the check-out page. However, multiple purchases can be made using the discount code.
- Crank Factory may also in its sole discretion, exercise its right to cancel or modify orders, require different means of payment, revoke or limit the use of any discount code or gift card, if we reasonably believe that the discount code gift card was obtained, used, or applied fraudulently, unlawfully, illegally or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
